Administrative Assistant - Finance/Operations
Reports to: Senior Director of Finance and Operations
This is a part-time/non-exempt position
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Assists in the administration of finance and operations functions, including data entry and customer service. Uses a variety of computer software and systems to perform duties. Normally performs tasks with work priorities and general instructions provided by the supervisor. Exercises sound judgment in selecting and properly applying established procedures and recognizes when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
Dance Instructor
Reports to: Dance Coordinator
This is a part-time/non-exempt position
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Dance Instructor will be responsible for providing Club members aged 5-18 and adult non-members with dance instruction and with opportunities for local performances & Dance Competitions. The Dance Instructor is encouraged to recruit members from the Club and the larger community to participate in dance classes. The position reports to the Dance Coordinator and plays a critical role in the performance arts department’s initiatives.
Youth Development Professional (YDP) – Teen Center, Summer Position
Reports to: Teen Program Director
This is a part-time/seasonal and non-exempt position
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Teen Center Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for ensuring a quality summer camp experience for our teen/tween members. They must be enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about working with adolescents. The position’s key function is to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned program space, collaborating with other YDPs, and providing opportunities for youth to gain new skills and participate in engaging programs. Duties include but are not limited to motivating teens by participating in creative activities and programs, building activities/curriculum based on themes, mentoring youth and being a positive role model.
Youth Development Professional (YDP) – Early Education
Reports to: Program Director
This is a part-time / non-exempt position (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The YDP – Early Ed is responsible for ensuring a quality afterschool experience for our youngest members. They must be enthusiastic, dependable and have a passion for working with children. The position’s key function is to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children as individuals and as a group. YDPs for are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the classroom and members they are assigned to. Duties include but are not limited to assisting children with homework, planning, and organizing creative activities for their group each day.
Youth Development Professional (YDP)

This is a part-time / non-exempt position (approx. 10-15 hours/week)
