Youth Development Professional (YDP)
Reports to: Program Director
This is a part-time / non-exempt position (approx. 10-15 hours/week)
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for ensuring a quality afterschool experience for our members. They must be enthusiastic, dependable and have a passion for working with children. The position’s key function is to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children and to provide opportunities for youth to gain new skills and participate in engaging programs.
