An overview of trauma and its impact on youth and families, and how community members can respond with empathy and understanding.

A foundational training on recognizing trauma responses and building supportive environments.
Youth Mental Health First Aid
Teaches adults how to identify signs of mental health challenges in youth and how to respond appropriately until professional help is available.

Equips youth with practical tools to manage disagreements and prevent escalation.
