Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley's 4th Annual Dan Bouchard Memorial Golf Fundraiser

The Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley is holding its 4th annual Dan Bouchard Memorial Golf Classic at the Amherst Country Club on Wednesday, September 15. All proceeds from this event go directly to the Boys & Girls Club, whose critical mission is to provide a positive place for area kids when they are not in school, and help them reach their full potential.
Registration for this Best Ball SCRAMBLE begins at 8:00 a.m., with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. The cost is $150 per player, or $500 per foursome, which includes breakfast, golf, an on-course lunch, and a cook-out afterwards. Following the cook-out is a live auction featuring the “renowned” auctioneer Steve Desmarais of Milford. Click HERE for registration and sponsorship information.
Milford’s Chief of Police Fred Douglas and Amherst‘s Chief of Police Peter Lyon will be on hand to help kick off the event!
NEW! Adding to the festivities, this year the Club will introduce a HELICOPTER BALL DROP contest with a $1000 cash winner. Immediately after the golf event, and before the cook-out, the helicopter will hover along the 9th hole and drop numbered golf balls onto a target area. The winner of the contest will be the one with the ticket number of the ball that is closest to or first in the golf cup located at the center of the target. Ball Drop contest ticket sales will begin August 16 and continue through the morning of the event. A single ticket may be purchased for $10, or 3 tickets for $25. Tickets are available for purchase at the Boys & Girls Club at 56 Mont Vernon Road in Milford.
