C.A.S.T is a chartered committee of the BGCSV dedicated to preventing substance abuse and promoting healthy choices for youth throughout the Souhegan Valley.
The opioid epidemic is at an all time high in New Hampshire, and CAST works tirelessly to reach the children impacted by drug addiction and provide services for them. In addition to monthly Childrens Resiliency Retreats, which works with kids to help them understand substance abuse disorder and in turn, make healthy choices for themselves, CAST also focuses on adult and teen education through workshops and training sessions at schools, libraries, the BGCSV, and other community hubs.
